Canon PowerShot G5 digital camera, measures 4.8 x 2.9 x 2.8 inch and weighs 410g, is considered quite bulky and it is unlikely that it will fit into your pockets. It is basically the same as its predecessor, the PowerShot G3 model, except that it comes with a higher resolution. With the Canon G3 camera, you get a silver body color with 4 megapixel CCD sensor and 3.6x digital zoom, whereas the PowerShot G5 model comes with a higher 5 megapixel CCD sensor and 4.1x digital zoom with a solid black body color.
With its powerful 4x optical zoom lens, Canon PowerShot G5 digital camera provides users with a 35mm equivalent range of 35 -140mm, a fast maximum aperture of f/2.0-3.0 and macro focusing down to 2 inches. The additional 4x digital zoom extends the capabilities to provide photographers with 16x zoom functionality.

Casio Exilim EX-Z80 Digital Camera
The first thing that catch the eyes when holding the Casio Exilim EX-Z80 digital camera is its slim, sleek design and the stylish look. The weight and size are perfectly proportioned, with its smoothed surfaces give it a professionalism look and the overall feeling of the EX-Z80 is: a great digital camera.
The metallic body of the Casio Exilim EX-Z80 digital camera is attractive and stylish, with rounded corners and edges and they are available in six body colors — pale pink, vivid pink, green, blue, black, and silver. On the top is a small power button and the typical shutter release that comes in all digital camera. At the back, there is a large LCD viewfinder and rest of the controls, including the four-way menu navigation selector.
The EX-Z80 features the new Auto Shutter function (which uses motion blur detection technology) which can automatically take a photo at the instant when hand shake or subject movement creases. The Casio EX-Z80 digital camera includes fun and playful design which user can select to replace the usual rectangular focusing frame. For example, if user selects a heart shape focus frame, when the subject is in focus, a clear heart shape is being displayed and when the image is not in focus, the heart shape will be break up. It is a useful tool which makes focusing more fun.
The EX-Z80 model can use face detection technology to simultaneously detect up to ten faces. All that is needed is to prerecord the faces of the people and the camera can recognized and prioritized them when determining correct focus and exposure. With the small price tag that the Casio Exilim EX-Z80 comes with, it must be must be one of the cheapest pocket cameras on the market. Overall, this is quite a decent camera, with more features then most entry level digital cameras.
