This model of the Casio digital camera can shoot the wide-format 848 x 480 pixel movies, and recording in MPEG-4/H.264 format which are compatible for YouTube and iPod.

The Casio EX-Z80 digital camera includes fun and playful design which user can select to replace the usual rectangular focusing frame. For example, if user selects a heart shape focus frame, when the subject is in focus, a clear heart shape is being displayed and when the image is not in focus, the heart shape will be break up. It is a useful tool which makes focusing more fun.

The EX-Z80 model can use face detection technology to simultaneously detect up to ten faces. All that is needed is to prerecord the faces of the people and the camera can recognized and prioritized them when determining correct focus and exposure.
